Bible Adventure Hour (9:30 – 10:30 AM)

Our teachers are committed Christians with a love for children. All teachers have received training through our Plan to Protect Program. Most have many years of experience working with children. For effective mentoring, new teachers are paired with experienced ones.

Age 2-4 (First Look)

This class gives a first impression of their heavenly Father and the wonder of his love for each one of them.

• Make it Fun:  games and activities
• Make it True: singing and a Bible story
• Make it Stick:  games, crafts and activities that relate to the Bible story

SK – Grade 6 (252 Basics)

Based on Luke 2:52, this this curriculum helps the children connect with God and others through:

• Worship (9:30 – 9:45 AM)
• Large Group Bible Story (9:45 – 10:00 AM)
• Small Groups (10:00 -10:30 AM)

Children's Church (10:45 AM – 12:15 PM)

Following Bible Adventure Hour, age 2-4 remain in their room for the entire morning service.  

JK – Gr.3 participate with the adults in the beginning of the Morning Worship Service and then are dismissed for:

• Games in the gym on the main floor
• Bible stories and activities in the upper level

Nursery

Care is provided for little ones from birth to age two during all of the regular services at Benton. Children are registered and cared for in one of the cheerful, well-equipped rooms in our nursery area. We desire that you may freely enjoy the worship experience at Benton knowing that your child is being safely cared for by our trained, loving volunteers. We also desire to ensure that your child's first impressions of church are positive ones.

AWANA

The acronym "AWANA" comes from 2 Timothy 2:15 - Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. AWANA is centered on the gospel. Bible memory is a key element of our curriculum. We use a complete and systematic approach for training kids from preschool to Gr. 6 to know, love, and serve Christ. 
Each night has three parts:  Book Time (Bible memory), Games, Council Time (Bible story)
Who is it for?

• Age 3 & 4 - Cubbies
• SK – Gr. 2 - Sparks
• Gr. 3-6 – T&T Boys and T&T Girls

Registration Fee:  $30 / child or $70 / family (Sep. - May)
